Shipping Policy
At LavocDerma, we want your barrier-repair routine to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. This policy explains how we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and who is responsible for any taxes or duties on international orders.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post (AusPost), with tracking provided on every order.
Order processing
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional charge.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
All Australian prices include GST.

International shipping
We ship to selected international destinations with AusPost International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, and any available service options (Standard or Express) will be shown to you before you pay.
Delivery timeframes below are AusPost estimates in business days, do not include time held in customs, and are not guaranteed.
Zone 1 — Asia (Singapore & Malaysia)
- Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days
- Tracking provided.
Zone 2 — United Kingdom
- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days
- Tracking provided.
- Where UK law requires us to charge VAT at checkout, it will be shown and collected at the point of sale (see Import duties & taxes below).
Zone 3 — Middle East (United Arab Emirates / Dubai)
- Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days
- Tracking provided.
Zone 4 — Rest of World
- Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days
- Availability and cost are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Import duties & taxes (international orders)
Import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax), and customs clearance fees are set and collected by the destination country's government, not by LavocDerma. Except where we are legally required to collect tax at checkout (see the United Kingdom below), these charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are usually payable to the carrier or customs authority before your parcel is released for delivery.
We recommend checking your country's current import thresholds before ordering, as rules and rates can change. As a general guide at the time of writing:
Singapore
- Goods valued at S$400 or less sent by air or post generally qualify for GST import relief and clear without additional GST.
- Orders above S$400 may attract 9% GST and any applicable charges, payable by the recipient at the border.
Malaysia
- Online orders valued at RM500 or less are subject to a 10% Low-Value Goods sales tax. Small parcels sent by air courier within this threshold generally clear under the de minimis facility.
- Orders above RM500 may attract import duties and sales tax, payable by the recipient at the border.
United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
- Parcels with a CIF value below AED 300 generally clear without customs duty or VAT.
- Orders at or above AED 300 are subject to 5% customs duty and 5% VAT, payable by the recipient at clearance.
United Kingdom
- For orders where the value of the goods is £135 or less, applicable UK VAT is charged and collected by LavocDerma at checkout, in accordance with UK law. You will not be charged VAT again on delivery.
- For orders above £135, UK import VAT and any customs duty are not collected at checkout and are payable by the recipient before delivery.
These figures are provided as general guidance only and may change. LavocDerma is not responsible for any import charges levied by the destination country, and we are unable to advise on or estimate these amounts for your specific order.
Customs delays & refused parcels
- International parcels may be inspected or held by customs, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimates above. These delays are outside our control.
- If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were declined or the parcel was unclaimed, we can re-ship it at your cost or refund the order value (excluding original shipping). Customs charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
- If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can open an enquiry with AusPost.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Returns & refunds
For returns and refunds, please see our separate Refund Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
